Introduction

Mess Patch is breathe to perform such tasks when removing advertizing inserted per developments, & disabling features like 'jog' which are then unremarkably deem plaguey or even unneeded.

Legality issues
Patching MSN Messenger is believed to contravene Microsoft's EULA for the software, & so the distribution & have of Mess Patch lies inside a legal 'gray area'.
